AGRICULTURE INCOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (Sagaing, 2018- 2025)
Project Brief:
The project aims to increase 1.5 times agricultural income in the largest irrigation area by rehabilitating and improving irrigation and drainage facilities, improving rural roads and bridges, improving canal inspection, and procuring agricultural machinery. Shwebo Irrigation system covers an area of 200,000 ha, almost equivalent to Tokyo.
